I'm a self employed Realtor and have lived in different parts of Phoenix since 2004. We are a family of 3 with one deranged class clown teenager!! Lol. This north Peoria neighborhood borders the desert and is very quiet. We've seen wildlife in the neighborhood like coyotes, bunnies that outsmart the coyotes and quail. Bike & hiking trails are all around us. Within walking distance to shopping and dining.
