About Me

That’s an interesting question.
Hmm...I would describe myself as intelligent, reliable and devoted.
I am someone who can adapt to any situation, have a very creative mind (I always have a unique perspective when approaching an issue due to my broad range of interests and hobbies). I have a pragmatic approach to things. I don’t waste time talking about theory or the latest buzz words of the bullshit bingo. Only one question matters to me: ‘Does it work or not?'”

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For the record, I used to have two profiles (one wasn't connected to FB, it was a mistake), and I asked CouchSurfing to combine them, and they deleted the other account, where I had all my added friends, pictures and references.

My first time with CouchSurfing was when I lived in Germany, I hosted someone and it was an amazing experience, so kept doing it.

Interests

I love to read, love languages.
I love to play videogames a lot (RPGs mostly). I have a PS3, and a FF collection.
Manga, anime and doramas are still my hobbies.
I also like to camp, and hang out in the old fashion way, you know, movies, restaurants, parks...

Music, Movies, and Books

I have too many to mention, but I will nevertheless list them down:
Queen, Nickelback, Laura Pausini, Linkin' Park, Adele, 30 Seconds from Mars, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Evanescence, Maroon 5, Nerina Pallot, Meghan Trainor, Rhapsody....

My favorite book? God! what a difficult answer! by author? Lynn Kurland... no! wait! Darynda Jones! no! Christine Feehan!!! how many authors can I list here???

Movies? Just one, "The Boondock Saints"... that movie is just bat shit crazy....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to live in Germany without knowing the language, even a word!
I managed to live there for seven years, they said my german is almost perfect (which I don't buy it because they are the nicest people on earth, so I accept at least better than most immigrants who have lived there for 8 years)
It was nice to live there... I'm not saying I'll be back and live there again... don't get me wrong, is a nice country... but.... too many bad experiences....

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to teach.... I want to learn more! and share it!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a car which I won't lend, sorry, but I can take you if you help with the gas, AND if I'm not working.

You can cook (and share if you want and recommend), we will definitely do the same.

You CAN'T bring visits. I had bad experiences with csourfers bringing pals who met here in couchsurfing. I can't have my house robbed again (or visited by hookers)....

I can't have an ill mannered person, "good morning, good bye, thank you", all those words are important in my house. You have to be a clean person, if you eat, wash your dish, if food fell on the floor, clean that up, easy, right? well, let me say some csurfers are not like you.

I will try to take you as many places as I can, but there is one thing I will ask of you, money for the gas, my pay grade is a minimum wage, that means I can't afford to pay for the extra gas.

In conclusion: no prostitutes or recently met friends in my house, if we go out you have to pay for the gas, be good mannered, and tell me the exact days you are staying, sorry for being harsh, but up until now it hasn't been all pink for me in CS in Colombia!!!! in Germany was so different!!!!!
