ABOUT ME

(half) Marathoner, coffee addict, aspiring yogi, duel US/Irish Citizen, adventure seeker, wanderlust

Born and raised in New England. Took my chance on a big jet plane (never let them tell you that they're all the same) with a one ticket to California the day after my college graduation. After 4.5 years living the SoCal dream, I moved back to the rat race of New England. It took me all of 3 months (plus the worst winter weather in recent history) to remember why I left. Soooo...

Quit my 9-5 in May to follow my dreams of traveling the world. I spent three months volunteering in Nicaragua and traveling in Central America. I've spent the last month and half finding my bearing at "home" in CT and am booking another one way tix to CA.

Proud pet parent to Bentley (pictured) but he's not traveling with me at the moment, although he has enjoyed a cross country road trip.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While I'm on my Professional Sabbatical, I've moved back in with my former roommates (read: parents). So I'm currently unable to host. However, once I return to the daily grind and move to a new, fun city, I look forward to opening up my home to surfer!
