ABOUT ME
I think I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I love getting to know new people and listening to their stories. I think there's lots to learn from others' experiences
PHILOSOPHY
everyone has something to offer. Doing good, creates good.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
haven't done any yet, but would love to use a couch in the next month and then host when I return home and find a place of my own
Interests
I love music...a lot and am working on learning the guitar and cello. I play the piano and violin but haven't had the chance to practice much lately since I don't currently have the instruments and have been in school full time finishing my biology degree. I love being outdoors and walking, taking pictures and just people watching, and learning new cultures, different music, art etc.
I really enjoy reading, knitting (still learning) and crafting.

Music, Movies, and Books
pretty much all music (...not big on heavy metal)! I usually read mystery books, am currently reading Michael Connelly. I like all types of movies except science fiction :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Just got back from a 2 week safari in Uganda and it was the most beautiful place I've been....such a great experience, loved it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I really like to learn languages, even just a phrase. I speak english, french and a little spanish, but I would love to be fluent in multiple languages. I can teach knitting, but also have a lot to learn in that area too. Haven't really had much experience cooking, but I'm sure i could throw something together?
