ABOUT ME

For ninteen years I lived in my home town Helsingborg, in the south of Sweden, and for five of those years my thoughts were constantly elsewhere: In Paris. I dreamt of a since long gone 20's, where the scenery would still be in black and white, and where Hemingway's barely finished cigarette would still glow in the ashtray at Les Deux Magots. Then I moved to Paris and lost the dream and the illusion. In exchange I won reality and the city.
I tell you this because it has become who I am. What defines me. What sets my path in life. The infinite passion for France, Paris, the french language and everything connected above and beyond.

To present myself more generally, I am a 21 year-old with an interest oriented towards laguages and cultures, and more importantly the connection between these both. I truly enjoy traveling, and even though all four - non-existing - corners of the world appeal, I have a certain faibless for the beauty and history of European countires.

In addition to traveling, I'd like to spend my life writing, and preferably combine these two in every possible and impossible way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've recently joined the community of Couchsurfing, and am yet to experience it's so often spoken of greatness. Although, living in Paris, I have participated in several couchsurfing parties and event, leaving each one with the conviction of wanting to participate more activly.
