ABOUT ME

I work a lot because I love to. I see a lot of theatre, dance pieces, concerts, exhibitions at the arts centre where I work (and elsewhere). To keep things somewhat in balance I like looking up friends, going running or training on spinning bikes indoor or hiking outdoors. As my partner and I are renovating a house, I need to put some time in painting walls, too. Not enough hours left then for reading all the books I'd love to read and seeing all the films I'd like to see but luckily life isn't short.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a city. It's nice to give good advice to people visiting. To get the most out of exploring new cities, I like to get some advice from locals myself. It's always more exciting to find an alternative place to stay than to spend a lot of money on a dull hotel or to look for a bed in a crowded hostel. So I'm all ready and set to start couchsurfing. Within a year or so, our house will be ready and set to host surfers in return.
