I'm a lifelong traveler who's been fortunate to see many places . . . but that always reminds me how many more places there are for me to see! Most of my work experience has been with young children or in customer service, so I both know how to please and placate and how to put my foot down. I love to improvise and have performed and taught regularly, primarily at American Improv Theater in San Jose, CA. I also enjoy reading, TV and movies, cooking, taking long walks, and photography, among other things.

I am 420 and psychedelic friendly but not a hard partyer . . . I'll drink a cider, wine, or cocktails with my host if they like but I prefer to spend my money on other things. I love to walk and will likely be out walking most of the time during my stay, but I'm also eager to hear more about the interests of my hosts and willing to try new things.

Currently I'm living with one of my best friends in Athens, Greece and would like to take advantage of the opportunity to see other places in close proximity, and I don't have a ton of money. I am a conscientious guest and am comfortable traveling on my own, so while a little guidance is appreciated I don't need my hand held. I look forward to meeting other likeminded generous travel lovers!

Many types of music appeal to me, but I'd say I listen mostly to oldies and folky singer/songwriter stuff. A favorite movie list would take forever but I'll list some of my favorite comedy movies like Spy, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, and Kung Fu Hustle. The favorite books list is long too, but I'll say Lonesome Dove, The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, and Good Omens.
