ABOUT ME
I'm a person, but that's about as much as I know. Sometimes I'm not even sure about that. I like to deconstruct things.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm a taoist, most of the time, so I'm pretty easygoing. I believe that life is short and I don't want to waste any of it being afraid to do things or putting off the things I really want to do, like traveling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I haven't done any independent traveling myself yet, but I can't wait to start and I'm super-psyched to host people, both at school and when I get home.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like most music, but I especially dig the violent femmes, the beatles, architecture in helsinki, and hot chip.
I love love love: lolita, and anything by jorge luis borges, dostoevsky, p.g. wodehouse, tom robbins.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I've seen was probably Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. It's the most gorgeous place on earth. Or seeing roger waters do dark side of the moon at coachella. that was pretty transcendent.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know how to make a wallet out of a sheet of paper, and how to make daisy chains. I want to learn how to surf on waves and not just couches.
Countries I’ve Visited
France, Guatemala, Italy
Countries I’ve Lived In
