- Lived with Monks in a Buddhist monastery, Nepal.

- Descended into three volcanic craters, Indonesia.

- Climbed to two base camps in the Himalayas, Nepal.

- Stayed with a local indigenous mountain tribe family, Vietnam.

- Bungee jumped the world’s highest bungee, Macau.

- Scuba dived with giant sea turtles and sharks, Malaysian Borneo.

- Competitor on a prime time TV show for 10 episodes, England.
