Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is such a sweet and unique way to connect with a stranger. I find the domestic intimacy that comes with it so precious and the connection that can be built is unlike anything you could get in any dynamic where capital is involved. I will be nomadic all of 2026, and then wherever I land again I hope to be able to start hosting. That way I can give back to this community that has already given me so much and to continue to meet amazing people.
