Hola! Todavía estoy aprendiendo español, así que me presentaré en inglés. 🙃 My name is Carter, I currently live in Los Angeles California. Want to come visit??? Mi casa es su casa! I do not simply look at couchsurfing as a way to save money. On the contrary, I like to spend some of the money I would have spent on hostels on doing things with my host, weather that is going out for drinks, a good meal, or simply buying some groceries for us to share a home cooked meal. I enjoy cooking if you don't. :) I am self-employed and I have decided to take some time off from everything to get back to prioritizing the things that really matter to me. People and relationships are what is important. My plan with the time I am taking off is to make my way through the country completing acts of kindness/service for people as I travel around meeting new people, seeing new places, and improving my Spanish in the process. I love to get out and explore the world. I value many things, but value people above all else. So I will combine that with my enjoyment of travel and the outdoors by backpacking my way through the country looking for ways to serve others and have fun. I don't want to live in a world where we don't look out for each other. Not just the people that are close to us, but anybody who needs a helping hand. I cant change the way anybody else thinks, or what they choose to do, but I can do my part to make the world and the lives of the people around me better. ✌️

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a clean person that will be happy to help with cooking, cleaning etc. I will also be happy to help you practice your English in exchange for help with my Spanish 🙃 I have my own bedding as well (sleeping pad, and sleeping bag etc). So all I need is a spot on the floor, and some friendly conversation. :)
