About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To continue a rockin' career in art librarianship

ABOUT ME

I can't sum things up in a paragraph very well - but here goes!

I am a feminist vegetarian who was raised in the Midwest. I've really enjoyed trying to find ways to live ethically and environmentally over the past few years. I am excited to meet people who are interested in cooking good local food, supporting local businesses, and making crafty diy projects!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that I can connect with every single person on this planet in one way or another, and that there is no reason to not be friendly. Basically, I believe that we can still get along if someone is not "just like me." This stems from the amount of respect I have for other beings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a leader, a joiner, as well as an enabler. I love to support other people in their work, but it is also fulfilling to see my projects put into action. I love to connect people with others who have similar interests, and see how two people can benefit from knowing each other.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't couchsurfed very much. All previous experience has been with friends from high school, college, or relatives. I will always be respectful of others' lifestyles and treat people like they are someone in the above category.

Interests

My interests relate to spending quality time with my friends - at a picnic, in a pub, or volunteering in the local timebank.

I also like to spend time by myself, reading fiction or travel and/or food writing. I like to make crafts and do mail swaps.
