Hi, I'm Caru! I'm 23 years old and I've been a nomad since 2021. I'm the kind of friend who loves cooking and telling jokes. I usually travel doing petsitting, staying in hostels or couchsurfing. I rarely stay in airbnbs or hotels because I like getting to know the local culture through the people I connect with while traveling! This is my 3rd time in New York/Jersey.

I work online remotely as a designer and freelancer in the audiovisual area. I love food, skateboarding and going to plays. I like living life and I do my best to get out of my comfort zone and meet people and places different from my culture.

I tend to spend a lot of time in coffee shops, working on the computer, reading or studying French. But I also love going to bars and parties with friends. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I don't use any drugs. I love yoga, dancing, cycling and talking about any topic possible.

I'm looking for a couchsurfing friend from NYC or Jersey to welcome me between the 3rd and 6th of February, in exchange for a good mood, great energy and the opportunity to learn a little about Brazilian culture, gastronomy and music (yes, I would love to cook a dish for you, it would be an honor for me)!
