ABOUT ME

I am a mature women, who is teaching here in Casablanca. I have my roommate living here with me and my 5 cats. I operate a private school out of my home so anyone who would stay would be required to leave by 8 am, and I don't arrive home till after 9:00 pm from my other job. I have a hot shower, and am even willing to let people who stay more than a day to use the washing machine. No meals are offered but a clean and very centrally located location. I also have WiFi internet available, bring your own computer.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a born again Christian BUT wouldn't expect you to be. I care about people and animals and would expect those who stayed to respect my cats, home, opinions and property as much as I would respect yours. Do unto others as you would have others do unto you!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by hosting people in my apartment and being hosted. I like to travel BUT since I teach my budget is limited. Staying at someones house is a much more affordable way to travel and see the beautiful world! Since I live in one of the biggest cities in Morocco and it's definite tourist spot I can accommodate like minded people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a few people and it was great, they understood and followed the restrictions very well.

Interessi

Bowling, going to nice restaurants, going to the Hamam (Turkish bath)and having a massage or manicure/pedicure, watch TV or movies.

Musica, film e libri

I enjoy watching TV and Christian preachers (Joyce Meyer is my favorite). I don't read as I do it all day in my job and I just want to veg when I get home.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I have seen and done a lot, the greatest is the projects I have developed to help the hungry and less fortunate here in Casablanca. To see people who have nothing, turn their lives around and/or to get some precious gift or medical treatment they never thought they'd get is amazing to watch and be part of? AND the experience of adopting two orphans and watching them grow and develop into men, who have goals and are attaining them, bringing them hope where there previously was no hope.

I can learn from most anyone except the people who think they have all the answers and are argumentative. I don;t want to argue or get into deep philosophical debates JUST to to debate.
