ABOUT ME

We love to travel. We love meeting new people and learning about their cultures. We are active and like to spend time outdoors. Casey practises Kendo, loves to read and can´t stop adding to his never endings list of things to learn, books to read, etc. He also is very interested in leather work and crafts. Angie loves to dance and is a very curious soul.

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others as you wish to be treated. Do all that you can to achieve your goals and if things still do not come out right, accept that it is just not the right moment and although you may not understand why it hasn´t worked out, it will be shown to you later on in life.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When we have a home, we share the couch with surfers. We show them the town and share our culture with them. When we are traveling, we treat our hosts well (cooking, cleaning up after ourselves, and helping with language learning)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Angie and I have had some great CS experiences in Prague, Köln, Valladolid, Bangkok, Yogjakarta, etc.
It's always an amazing feeling when a stranger invites you into their home, shares their way of life with you, and treats you as a friend.

兴趣

Casey: Kendo/martial arts, history, languages, culture, crafts, hip-hop/reggae/jazz/soul music among other types.
Angie: dancing, travel, yoga, swimming, arts, anthropology, positive psychology.

I feel that having been able to travel and meet all the wonderful people that I have met and see so many amazing places in this world (from the Mayan pyramids in México and Guatamala to the mind-blowing waters of Croatia) is truely priceless!

We can teach English and Spanish, Spanish cooking. We laugh a lot. We are open to learning many things from religion to basket-weaving.
