ABOUT ME

I am in the midst of summer before my senior year at Texas A&M hoping to make the most of it abroad for a couple weeks.

"Eternity is found within every moment"

To make the most of every moment of your life is to make the most of your life. It is this thought that, although not purposefully, I have lived by. I tend to focus on the present with little preparation for the future and although the past is not forgotten it is not limiting either. I have been given so much in life that to not choose to make the most of each and every moment would be a disservice to to The One who gave it all to me.

Through my time thus far there are just a couple things I have learned about myself. The first being that I was created to glorify my Creator and it is in doing that I find peace, joy, purpose, and fulfillment. Secondly I love and draw energy from people. I love listening to others talk about the things that they love, the things that make them come alive. I love including people and letting them know that they are loved, that they're special, that they matter.

After high school I moved to The Promise Land, College Station, Texas, to attend Texas A&M. It is here at A&M that I have learned more about myself and the world then I thought possible. I found the best of friends and have been encouraged to dream and dream big not because it's where I will get the most out of life, although it is, but because it's where I will be able to give the most in life.

We have a responsibility to make the most out of what we have been given and that is done by making the most of every moment.

PHILOSOPHY

I was created to bring my God glory. Fulfilling that purpose is where fulfillment, peace, and joy are found.

One of my greatest interests in life is the individual. I am fascinated at the potential of one person and the depth that every person has. We are all unique and have our own story that holds so much.

Another great interest of mine is the team. A team is a group of individuals with a common purpose. An individuals potential is incomparable to that of a team working together synergistically.

What makes the individual so incredible is that we are each created in the image of God and being made in the image of God we are made to operate in community just as He does.

With free time I enjoy spending it with friends whether it be just sitting around talking or competing in some kind of game it's always a good time. Some favorite topics of conversation would definitely be what we people dream about. I enjoyed reading and my most recent favorite is "The Alchemist".

I enjoy many different kinds of music and have enjoyed casually listening to Jazz over these last few years.

This summer marks 10 years since I gave my life to Jesus Christ. The gift of that relationship is the best that I have been given and I would love to share it.
