My name is Carsten, and I'm a fun-loving, mindful and considerate person, that loves to learn and to explore new places, cultures and environments.

I am currently on a sabbatical, taking a year off, after having quit my old corporate job and I am now traveling the world and have volunteered with various NGOs, eco-initiatives and community projects. I love working with plants, the soil and nature, and I'm a huge food enthusiast!
Furthermore, mindfulness, meditation and personal growth work have been central pilars of my own inner and outer journey, that is ever continuing and ever evolving as I travel through this world.
