我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I was introduced by my housemate who loves couch-surfing and we hosted a couple of people while living together. It was a really great experience, and the people I met were so unique. I also love hosting people and cooking for them.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Saved a homeless couple in London from being chased off the streets by the police (that was a good day :)

Caught a trout while fly-fishing with my father in Scotland.

Was banned from school chapel for 'defiance' when I was 14.

Rode a horse on the mongolian steppe along with my family, but mine refused to gallop because it was the end of the day and it was tired, or I was too fat for it, not sure which.

Walked barefoot for about two miles up a mountain in Nepal (my shoes broke)

Helped build water treatment facilities and housing in Aceh after the tsunami.

Went on safari in South Africa and saw lions walking in front of our jeep.
