I teach French and Theatre at a high school and LOVE both. I've lived in New Jersey, Aix-en-Provence (France), and New York City. Now I'm back in my home state and loving it.

I used to work as a teen tour travel guide so I've traveled quite a bit in Europe, took a school trip to Taiwan, and when I lived in France I hit a few more countries! My most recent trip abroad was a trip I took with my students to France.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend and I are traveling to Iceland this summer (a first for both of us!) and are hoping to meet some local people and get the most out of our 3-week stay that we can!

Lately I'm very into Sam Smith - can't stop listening. I love me some Stromae!! Pretty much anything but really heavy metal.

Favorite movie: Singin' in the Rain. Also enjoy Zoolander, Anchorman - more of a TV watcher: Lilyhammer, Friends, Parks & Rec, Curb Your Enthusiasm.
