I am very independent, laid back, determined and open minded. I love experiencing new things and seeing new places.

Interests

I was a history major in my undergrad, I love anything that involves studying the past. I am particularly interested in studying world cultures. My main hobby is reading. I also enjoy yoga and, of course, traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the fall of 2010 I taught conversational English in Zibo, China in the Shandong Province. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The host schools were extremely welcoming. One moment that stands out in particular, though, was when we climbed the Great Wall of China. The view was breathtaking, and we felt such a sense of accomplishment when we made it to the highest peak.
