Make the most of my time now I'm not working full time. Hooray

ABOUT ME

Life is much too short to keep doing something you're not fully engaged with. So, gave up working for the NHS after 20 years. Working part time now for a charity and am really enjoying my non work hours visiting lots of old friends round the UK and making the most of what Cambridge has to offer. Not to mention couchsurfing possibiities

Music, Movies, and Books

Sing with a choir [classical choral stuff]; used to be very folky in the 70s & 80s. Still enjoy rock band gigs and boogie in the kitchen with the radio on [love radio]. Films with good plots, classic 40's 50's esp film noir, films with subtitles, big screen animation. Have just seen Mamma Mia and laughed and laughed as well as sang along

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Flying in a microlite over Victoria Falls 2 years ago and trekking the 4 day Inca trail in 2003. Stunning, stunning
