One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I multiplied! My daughter is 11 (won't be travelling with me).

Watched family of 5 riding a scooter.. two of them were sleeping.

Saw a man carrying 3 80-liter propane bottles run red traffic lights with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth.

I lived inside my mother for 9 months when i was smaller.

Teach, Learn, Share

My mom's thin pancake/crepe recipe! (not puffy fluffy ones)

1 cup milk
1 cup white flour
2 eggs

Use a wisk to mix together in a bowl.

Preheat a frying pan, drop a nice slab of butter in there, and pour the batter in. Wait a second then tilt the pan left and right so the batter spreads the the edges. Flip when you see it drying through (about 2min). Cook other side for only about 20 seconds.

You can drop some maple syrup in there or speard raspberrry jam and rooooooollllll 'er up. :D
