My background is in design, illustration and marketing. After flailing around with my pet portrait business, I’m on a mission to help fellow creatives, mostly introverts like myself, who struggle with the ‘icky’ feeling that comes with self-promotion.

I’m currently researching the links between personality types and creativity and how we can use our self-knowledge to make the most of our creative style and strengths.

Not so interested in world affairs (haven't owned a TV or paid much attention to the news in a decade) but I read a lot and spend most of my day with a podcast playing in the background, so I have plenty to talk about.

I can also provide the odd free yoga class and can give you an astrology reading, if you're up for it.
