Hola, soy Catalina 😊
Soy bióloga y actualmente estoy haciendo un doctorado en biología en Córdoba, Argentina. Me encanta la naturaleza, las plantas y los animales. Disfruto mucho de tomar mates al aire libre, compartir tiempo con amigos y también me gusta mucho hacer deportes.
Al principio puedo ser un poco tímida, pero cuando entro en confianza soy muy sociable y charlatana. Me considero una persona tranquila, buena onda y respetuosa.

Hi, I’m Catalina 😊
I’m a biologist and I’m currently doing a PhD in Biology in Córdoba, Argentina. I love nature, plants, and animals. I really enjoy having mate outdoors, spending time with friends, and I also really like doing sports.
At first I can be a bit shy, but once I feel comfortable I’m very sociable and chatty. I consider myself a calm, easygoing, and respectful person.

¿Por qué Couchsurfing?
Mi incentivo para hacer Couchsurfing es que en abril de este año (2026) voy a realizar una parte de mi doctorado en Alemania, y me gustaría aprovechar esa experiencia para recorrer diferentes ciudades y países.
Además, me parece una excelente oportunidad para conocer personas, sus idiomas y culturas, y también para que, si se da la oportunidad, quienes viajen a Argentina puedan conocer Córdoba, el lugar donde vivo actualmente.

Why Couchsurfing?
My motivation for joining Couchsurfing is that in April 2026 I will be doing part of my PhD in Germany, and I would like to take advantage of this experience to travel around different cities and countries.
I also see it as a great opportunity to meet people, learn about their languages and cultures, and hopefully welcome them in the future if they travel to Argentina, especially to Córdoba, where I currently live.
