About Me
Hey hey, I'm a 25 years old Portuguese girl but I’m currently living in Germany while doing my PhD. I consider myself an open person. I like to spend my time outdoors hiking, bouldering, slacklining, or any other sport :D Every now and then, when I'm feeling more creative, I like to draw on my notebook or do some handcrafts. I also enjoy spending time indoors drinking a cup of wine and chatting.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I came to Germany, I had the idea that I would be traveling a lot through Europe. Well, because of corona that didn't quite happen. I've known Couchsurfing for a couple of years but I never really registered myself, but now I think it's the right time to do it. Living in a different country made me very curious about being in contact with people with different cultures and mindsets. I think this is an excellent platform to do that, traveling while making friends from other backgrounds that I would normally not meet!

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not a music fanatic but I pretty much like everything, from pop, rock, rap, jazz, techno, soul, fado (traditional Portuguese music), Latina, and so on, depending on my mood I'm really a chameleon when it comes to music :)
Recently I'm not watching many movies but I'm more into movies like "into the wild", "fight club", "inception".
I wish I spent more time reading, so I try to have a book or my kindle with me
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-The first thing that came to my mind was a road trip that I did across the portuguese coast. I usually do many road trips but this one was quite special. It was super cool exploring the amazing places of my country and living on an RV for 3 weeks. It was a really good way to say goodbye to Portugal before coming to Germany.
- A hitchhiking trip from Germany to Barcelona, I was amazed by the solidarity this world can offer and all the great experiences we shared with so many different people
- Two climbing road trips to the Alps, just having lots of fun during the day climbing and enjoying nature with some friends and eating a good Italian pizza and freezing during the night
