I want to wintess life's greatest adventures. From seeing the sunrise over the ocean on the east coast, to climbing trees, to standing on the edge of canyons, to skiing the steepest lines, then back to the west coast in time for sunset

ABOUT ME

The strongest motto that I have to live by is this:
Die Living
That is exactly what I intend to do. My life is dedicated to adventure and putting myself out there. I want to experience what middle-aged adults working a 9-5 desk job wish they would have done when they were my age. I want to prove to the world that money isn't everything and happiness comes from the people around us, our adventures, and the raw and ultimate beauty that mother earth has provided for us.
Skiing is my life, my passion, my everything. The silence that a barrier of snow creates never ceases to take my breath away. So many people wish that they had the ability to fly, I don't, because I already can. Skiing is how I fly and how I roll.
Photography is my second passion. I love still images just as much as I love moving ones. One of my ultimate goals is to work with a production company that makes ski films and become a photographer for them. Right now I get by on the little money that I make from photographing anyone who wants to immortalize themselves with an image.
Aside from all that, I am spontaneous and I am always looking for a new place to explore, take in and make it part of who I am.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

With the CS project, I am available to give anyone a tour of the little city of Boise, Idaho. I don't drive much so my bicycle takes me to places that not many people notice or see when zooming by at 40mph. Boise is just about the most beautiful little city I have ever seen. A 30 minute drive up a mountain named Bogus Basin will get you the sickest skiing/mountain biking terrain within 200 or so miles of the city and I can show you every inch of it, from the beginner hill to the hidden powder beneath the trees.

Movies: I don't watch a ton of movies and haven't seen a lot of the popular classics people talk about. So please, don't criticize me for not viewing, show me!

Music: I listen to what I feel. My Pandora stations are perfectly tuned to my favorites.
