About Me
Hi, I'm Caterina. I live and study (medicine) in Bologna and I recently graduated.
I spent the past year in a foreign country and that gave me the chance to travel, learn new things and meet new people as never before. In the previous years I had already had shorter travels in different countries, but only living in a new place for many months made me truly understand what really means finding people who help you when you're in need, who welcome you and treat you like a friend without even knowing you. Since the very beginning of my experience I was received by many local people with incredible kindness and when I came back home some of them visited my own country and are still doing it when it's possible. That kind of exchange, sharing and mutual help made my experience unforgettable and changed my idea of travelling. I would like to maintain it with CS.
Besides that I love music, I play the piano (just for fun, long way from a professional way) and I like singing as well. I like writing, reading, going out, eating good food. I love the sun, the seaside and things like sleeping on a lawn when there's a sunny warmth weather.
These are the main things that come to my mind at the moment!
P.s. I'm not hosting in this period because where I'm living right now I have only a room which is quite small and I don't find it adequate to host. I'm so sorry and I hope the situation will change soon! Anyway feel free to contact me to share a coffee, aperitivo, pizza or just a walk around the city or a good chat. If I am in town and I have the chance it will be a pleasure!
