I love to travel and have been many places over the past few years - US, Hawaii, Fiji, Malaysia, Indonesia, little bit of Scotland, Thailand, Mexico X 3 times, Cuba, and my favourite continent - Africa,
I've done Johannesburg, Cape Town, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Nairobi... And Zanzibar X 3 times.
I've been to Zanzibar twice over the past year to be with my boyfriend, and had my next trip - 29 December to January 10 - booked to spend New Year's Eve with him.
So now we've broken up! And the timing sucks for me. I'll be in Kendwa for New Year's Eve and although I'm pretty comfortable in Zanzibar, I'm looking for fun people to hang out with over this period.
There's always a reason for a ticket - so even though my reason has changed, I still want to find that reason!

Although I'm not in much of a position to offer a couch right now, I love to and meet other travellers, so I hope I'll have more room in my house for this in the future.
For me right now, I'm interested in meet-ups - especially for this next trip!
I know the island pretty well, so I'm looking for friends to do yours with and hang out on the odd day. I'm up for most activities when I travel, and I really want to do as much as I can on this trip, but I Lso like to share these experiences with friends.

Books - unsurprisingly I love travel stories! And books with great comedy threads.

I went on a horseback safari in the Savannah in Vic Falls last year after not riding a horse for 30 years. It was super scary and amazing.
