I'm a laughing person, you know that kind who laughs with her whole face. And I'm likely to crack up in a smile even though the joke is old or a very bad one. The beat of a drum will most definitely make me smile (and dance). People who show they've read my profile also make me smile (so don't forget to read about "my home" if you want to stay with me!).

Except for smiling I looove nature! If I wouldn't be so social I would probably be living on top of a mountain, preferably with an ocean view...It would actually be the perfect place for me to get some structure to my mediation practise.

I'm an active person and enjoy most sports/activities, however I do prefer the outdoors ones. I do my best to keep a healthy lifestyle and part of that is that I mainly eat vegetarian food and not much of a drinker. However, I do know how to enjoy a fine wine/whiskey/beer.

In general I just like to explore new things and push my limits. So I'm doing my best to be in "the now" and let the space for spontaneous adventures to unfold itself. I really enjoy widening my horizons and break illusions of limitations that I might have. Magic always happens when I'm out of my comfort zone.
