Hello! I'm Catherine from New Zealand, traveling until early next year and currently in South East Asia.
I tried couchsurfing for the first time in Germany and loved it - I found it an amazing way to meet people and get in touch with the heart of a place. After Germany, my friend May and I couchsurfed our way through India, mainly in Rajasthan, and I was overwhelmed by the open-mindedness and generosity, not to mention how cool it is to find the local's go-to spot for food or music or whatever.
