ABOUT ME

I work as a Botanist. I work in the field and am often travelling with work. I have two young boys (5 adn 7 years). I live in Truckee and love the mountains! I love climbing, skiing, running, mnt. biking and just being present in nature. I have a lovely dog named Blue. I would like to host people and also be hosted.

I think I just mentioned what sport I do above. I also enjoy experiencing other cultures and meeting new people. I would like to think I am a citizen of the world and therefore must care for the world and not just the small area I was born in or reside in.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

raising kids always amazes me! A bike trip I did when I was in my 20's through Mexico, central america and south america was astounding, inspiring and eye opening. THis perhaps changed me more than any one event of my life. THis prompted me to put both my kids in a Spanish immersion school. This has also allowed me to open my heart to other cultures and ways of life.
