Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Love God. Love people. Pretty simple. :)
ABOUT ME
I like to travel but don't always have the resources to shell out for it. I'm a fairly easy-going person, don't mind (most) animals, and can usually see the humor in situations.
PHILOSOPHY
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm willing to host, but can't think of much reason anyone would want to stay here. ;) Hoping to meet some interesting people while surfing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet! Well, at least none officially linked to CS. Stayed on a friend's couch for several days in between leases in college, and like the idea of opening one's home to travelers.
Interests
I love to laugh, get a kick out of corny jokes (I blame my father for that), and really enjoy reading. I like to cook and occasionally I'll feel like knitting or crocheting, but I got burned out on that at Christmas this year. I love spending time with friends over a good glass of wine!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My "awestruck" moments are mostly from scenes of nature, although I must say that seeing the Ayasofya in Istanbul was remarkable! What a beautiful city.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, I'm trained to teach math, but most people aren't too interested in that. ;) But if you need help on your algebra homework, I'm your gal. I could also give an impromptu piano or trumpet lesson if the time was right!
