I'm a very open-minded, honest, reliable and fun-loving person who likes nothing more than travelling.
I love meeting new people and getting to know different cultures.
After my graduation from school (Abitur)in 2004 I went to the USA and worked there as an Au Pair in an amazing, multicultural family (my hostmum was from Sri Lanka and hostday from Norway). That was the best year of my live so far, I got to know so many people and got to do so much travelling..it was simply amazing, an adventure.
In June 2009 I passed successfully my final exams and now my studies are finished....Yeah! The second part of studies (teacher training) will start in February 2010. I've attended the University of Education in Karlsruhe, Germany. My goal is the become a Primary and Secondary school teacher because I love teaching very much and I think I can contribute to making this world a little bit better.
After passing my exams in June I went to Killarney, Ireland and I worked there in the Killarney International Youth Hostel for a few months. The cool thing is that I didn't have to go back to Germany until February that meant I got a lot of time (but sadly no money) but Couchsurfing shows me that one can do a lot of things without having much money. And moreover it's a fantastic to meet no people and make friends.
On October 6th 2009 I flew to the US and spent there a wonderful time travelling from NYC to LA by Greyhound.
My ultimate dream is to travel around the world on a motorbike (Yes, of course I've watched "A long way round").
You can always talk to me about MOVIES, BOOKS and TRAVELLING. If you start on one of these topics it will be very difficult to stop me talking. ;-)

I don't think travelling is just hobby - it's a life philosophy.
There are so many places I want to see in my life and I won't rest until I have seen them all.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had my first Couchsurfing experience when I surfed with Michele in Dublin and it was fantastic!! We also went to a Couchsurfing party, where I met other couchsurfers. It was soooo much fun!!! I can't wait to couchsurf in the United States.
Travelling, meeting friends, watching Movies, listening to Music, swimming, reading...

Teach, Learn, Share
I'm pretty good with computers and technical stuff therefore I help whoever needs any help with that.
Moreover I like teaching English and German to people who need help with it.
I enjoy reading and interpreting novels and stories of all kind. One of my dreams would be to launch a book club where we could meet every week and discuss literature.
