About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Façonner l'énigme

ABOUT ME

Currently living in Montréal, Canada, I've been traveling sporadically and frantically last year while I was studying in Lyon, France. I'm now craving travel and will be back in saddle in a week to visit California with my two best friends, Gabrielle and Jessika. It will be our first time on the West Coast and we'll first stop by San Francisco then move all the way down to LA. We are looking for great encounters and discoveries, and we'll be looking forward meeting new Californian friends along the way. We might look for accommodation, so we hope you'll be open to meet three amazing young, fun and smart French Canadians!

Étudiante en histoire de l'art et psychologie. Passionnée d'échanges, de rencontres impromptues, de fastes découvertes, de bouffe italienne et de bon vin, de White Russian bien tassés, de danse intense, de musique enivrante, de paysages poétiques...

I'm also a fashion and lifestyle blogger active in the Montreal scene, check out my posts and projects (mostly in French)! www.querelles.ca

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I saw the church Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence for the first time, I was struck by an emotional shock so vivid and intense that I fell on my knees, in total awe in front of such beauty. Tears were pouring down my checks, incontrollable spams shook my body. The night was dense at that very moment, stars surrounding the cathedral, contrasting the washed out white and soft pinks of the Italian marble of the facade... Frozen like a crying Madonna statue in the middle of the piazza, policeman drove by me to ask if I was ok, not even awakening me from by beauty trans. I came back to reality several minutes later. I was later to find out that this episode often happens to young female tourists when confronted to multiple outstanding pieces of art or architecture, known as the Standal Syndrome... Do I have to say how much an art enthusiast I can be? ;)
