About Me

I am an art historian, and love to travel and experience different cultures. Originally from San Francisco, California, I have lived in a few cities throughout the United States, and in a couple of cities in Europe.

I usually travel alone because I get to meet more people that way and it can be very adventurous, but I also enjoy traveling with a group.

At thirteen, I had my first trip to Europe, and it opened my eyes to the world in a way that nothing else could have done; I’ve been obsessed with first-hand learning about other cultures since.

I find humor in many things; apparently, I have a good sense of humor and a great sense of fun as well as a willingness to try many things (food, experiences, etc.).

My friends say that I bring joy and laughter with me.

I believe in helping to make the world a better place in any manner that I can do so, whether it’s helping to clean up after a meal or just listening to someone when s/he needs it. Life is all about love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
