ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Caty, a 30-year old Austramerican (originally from Wisconsin, USA but have lived in Australia for the past 10 years). I am moving another big move across the ocean to the Netherlands, but will be travelling for 3 months before settling down.

My Nana (Gloria), will be joining me for 6 weeks of travel throughout the UK and Iceland. I have mostly rekindled by Couchsurfer membership as my Nana is very excited about it and loves meeting new people (of course I do too!).

We both look forward to sharing your home and exploring your town :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I havent used Couchsurfing in a number of years, I have utilized couchsurfing in Berlin, Frankfurt, Prague, London and Sydney. All great experiences. I was met with incredible hospitality from each host and met friends and made memories that will last me a lifetime. Maybe I needed a couch to rest my head on for the night or maybe I wanted to meet up with random couchsurfers at Nottingham festival in London. Either way, I discovered a new kind of travel experience.
