We used to be active couchsurfers 2 years ago but our present flat don't allow us to host, and we are not big travelers. It's not a very active account at the moment, we hope we can move to a better place soon.

We share the account as we host and travel together. We are a young queer couple, both vegan, feminist, anarchist. Chloé, 22 yo, cis girl and Cauli, 21 yo, trans girl, I prefer to say it right now as my voice can be a bit deep sadly and I want people to be cool about this.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Most of time, we really are stay-at-home people. We don't socialize much and home is everything for us, where we can love our animals, each other, be ourselves and far from the thousands of wrong things in this society. Our safe place.

Being couchsurfers allowed us to host and be hosted by wonderful people, kind of people we would never have met otherwise. And it feels so good to realize great people exist.

We are super selective both as hosts and as guests.
If you received a request, you can be 100% sure we read your profile maybe 2 or 3 times. We usually are a bit anxious to meet unknown people, so we definitely don't ask to anybody.
Same for requests, even though we can't host now, to be honest we almost never accept requests from cis straight guys and people with no common interests.

Couchsurfing is a beautiful form of sharing and contest of property. I know the absence of money isn't what we say first about couchsurfing. But for me, if we can allow people to travel by hosting them because they wouldn't have enough money to travel otherwise, it's the best thing in my opinion.

Interests

We both are into tagged interests. We aren't really into militantism these days, just trying to live respecting people and be respected. Of course, we'll support nice projects but there isn't much close to us sadly.

Cauli : I like cooking even if I'm not a master at cooking, I am really into good quality body jewelry, I love my collection and love to help people find beautiful things. Most of my free time is spent playing video games, my favorites at the moment are Hellblade : Senua's Sacrifice, Night in the Woods, Bloodborne, Ori and the Blind Forest and The Witcher 3. I listen to mainly feminist and anarchist hardcore punk, rap and a bit of games soundtrack. I'm also straight-edge, I'm sorry I won't share a beer with you but I will be happy with my lemonade.

Chloé: I like eating the food cooked by Cauli, I'm really good at it. I love reading novels (Edgar Allan Poe and Mo Hayder are my favorite authors) but also comics. I'm interested in sorcelery. One of my passions is horror: it could be film, novel or real ghost stories. I'm not found of sports but I like to go for a trip in rollers. I also like bodmods: tattoos, piercings and so on. I play a lot on video games, mainly online games (League of Legends, Overwatch, Splatoon 2). You know the crazy cat lady? That's me but with every animals on the planet. It could be cats, dogs, cows, bears, octopus, spiders... And I'm a noob photographer.
