In the United States Coast Guard as a Boatswain's Mate used to be Ocean Rescue for Jacksonville Beach back home in Florida. I drive boats, and do a lot of paperwork and watch the same 3 shows on Netflix all the friggen time.

I'll be overseas for the next year so I can't host :(

Basically I want to see new places, and experience the actual culture of places I deem foreign, which I believe is difficult to do, without immersing yourself with the people by staying in hotels and doing the "touristy" stuff.

Intereses

I like fishing and hunting because I appreciate getting my own food, I read quite a bit, recently into 20th century American books. I pretty much like hiking any mountain or trail I come across, and can show y'all some great trails in Kodiak if anyone decides to come up.
