Currently it is sharing my love for yoga and showing people how accessible it is and what a wonderful habit it is to have in your life.

ABOUT ME

I love good food, good wine, good music, and good friends and I'm a big fan of sunshine .

2yrs ago I took 6 months off work to take the long way round to my friend's wedding in Sydney via the Philippines. One of yhe best times of my life.

PHILOSOPHY

Smile often, be kind to yourself and hydrate.

Carpe Diem - Life is too short so you gotta go for it.

You can only please some of the people some of the time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed in the past. I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I am hoping to share the love by offering my couch in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a great time surfing in the past. Unfortunately i can't offer a couch at the moment as its too small a place.

10 day silent meditation training (Vipassana)
Need a new passport, filled this one in the last five years after never travelling for 16yrs.
