ABOUT ME

I recently graduated from college at Bastyr University, a natural medicine school. I majored in Nutrition and culinary arts and I love the healing power of food and herbs. It has been my dream since High School to backpack through Europe and I finally have the opportunity to.
I would love any advice on where to go, things to see and eat. If anyone would like to meet for coffee, a drink or to play a game of pool I would love to!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I not only like to surf but I like having the opportunity to meet people from other countries that I may not be able to meet under normal traveling circumstances. Also I can choose people that have similar interest as me or complete opposite! I love learning what other people consider a normal life and throwing myself into that lifestyle.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've met many nice people through groups and I've enjoyed talking with all of them.
I've met a few people in London through groups, and couchsurfed with incredibly hospitable people in London, Midhurst, Guildford, and Amsterdam.

I have many loves. I love to travel, meet people, listening to other people's stories, LOVE TO COOK and prepare food, to draw and paint, eat exotic cuisine, play billiards (pool), meditate, scuba dive, make and listen to music, sing and dance, and be merry! I like staying active by hiking, biking, stretching, and running. I also enjoy being mentally stimulated with intellectual conversation and by reading and questioning the world around me.

I love comedies, action movies, and documentaries. I enjoy all kinds of music but especially rock, alternative, indie, classic rock, reggae, spanish guitar, and dance music. I enjoy reading about nutrition, world food, anatomy and how the body works, history, and scientific theories about consciousness, quantum physics and reality.

I love teaching people about their bodies from an anatomical and physiological perspective. I am a foody and love cooking and teaching people how to cook, but only if they ask. I am not one to push my ideas on others.
I love learning. I think we are all students of life and I am open to learn anything and everything. If you have one favorite recipe to share with me I would welcome it!
