CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to live my life as an adventure. I want traveling to be part of my lifestyle more and more each year. I believe that the more we explore the world the more we are in tune with ourselves and the world around us.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I had my first Couch Surfing experience in Tenerife, Canarias in 2012 with a good friend and I absolutely loved it. I really like the idea of meeting new people in different places around the world with hopes of building connections and potentially friendships.

Interests: relaxing in the sun with a book and coffee, biking, meeting new people, live music, being in nature, changing the educational system, etc..

My ideal day would be to spend it in the park or at the beach with a group of friends under the warm sun sharing good vibes, music, conversation and dancing. I spend most of my nights practicing yoga, out dancing or indoor climbing. Making an impact in the lives of my students both inspires and challenges me to share my knowledge and to keep an open mind.

Some of my favorite genres of music are jazz, soul, funk, oldies, latin rock, dancehall, hip hop, flamenco, salsa, cumbia, bachata, african rhythms, bossa nova, etc..

Some favorite movies are the Godfather Trilogy, The Warriors, The Beach, 200 Cigarettes etc..

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I backpacked Central America in 2007 for 4 months with no actual plan. I took every form of transportation visiting all the countries and spent most of my time at the beaches or exploring the ruins in Guatemala and Belize. I would do it all over again.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I am a dancer and I love to teach Latin dance styles and Brazilian samba. I became a bilingual teacher to teach bicultural students about their language, history and culture.
