About Me

I am an American of Puerto Rican/Spanish descent. I grew up in the suburbs of St. Louis, United States. Growing up, I rarely ever got the chance to meet any foreigners, let alone travel. At 18 years old, I hopped on a plane to Morocco, and that was when my thirst for adventure truly began.

I am a traveler. Over the past four years, I have visited 20 countries on five continents. Now that I work online, I am traveling indefinitely. I can't stop!

Languages fascinate me. Although I am currently fully fluent in only Spanish and English, I do speak colloquial Arabic at a conversational level. I originally started learning Egyptian dialect and have since expanded to Gulf, Iraqi, and Levantine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to meet people from around the world and help them develop their English or Spanish language skills. I'd also like to improve my Arabic. I enjoy learning about other cultures and would love to share my travel-related anecdotes with fellow travelers.
