I am a slightly crazy, adventurous, outgoing individual who will try anything once. I love meeting new people and learning about their unique stories. I like music, dancing, movies, and walking around new cities and villages.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was in Texas with a lovely group of locals and travelers just interested in getting to know one another. We laughed so much and hung out with a hairless cat. I then couchsurfed on my backpacking trip across Europe. I biked across fields of tulips in Holland, saw a 3D concert in Sicily, ate a meal of mashed potatoes/ground beef/applesauce (delicious) in Ghent, and slept in a university dorm room with 6 other couchsurfers in Amsterdam. All unique and enriching experiences.

Interests

Listening to musicians, drinking coffee and tea, dancing in the streets, meeting new people, eating cheese and pickles, and drinking lots of wine

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once took a 35 hour bus ride from Accra, Ghana to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Met new friends, survived bus breakdowns, drank bottles of warm Fanta, and read many books.
