ABOUT ME

Very curious! I ask lots of questions.

I have 3 grown boys and 3 grandkids, and wonderful friends.

One of our friends has an organic farm where they host WWOOFERS from around the world, some of whom have stayed with us for a bit. It`s been great chatting with them, so when I heard about couchsurfing, I thought---brilliant! We have a couch!

I love learning and people who are kind and open-minded.

We cross-country ski, mountain bike and hike from our back yard.

I used to teach riding & my husband taught water-skiing. The first time I saw him ski, that was it :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Once in Tokyo with Julie & it was a terrific introduction to this community. Julie was an excellent role model for how to take care of surfers!
We've had many stay with us, one returning many times, & it's been great to meet such interesting people.

Books: Zoobiquity, Moral Tribe, Social Animal, Ender`s Game (& other sci-fi), The Brain that Changes Itself, anything by Ann Tyler, Alice Munroe, Atwood (except her poetry), The Dalai Lama and too many more...

Yoyo Ma`s Bach cello suites, rock, soul, blues, reggae.
