About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Love unconditionally, live consciously, work heartily + play infinitely

ABOUT ME

Did you ever just want to take off on an adventure for two years and move half way around the world to volunteer for a global non-profit? Check. Did that.

Serendipity abounds. I seem to end up in the right place at the right time for, well...*magical* things to happen. The list is long, so this is a good place to start a convo over coffee or wine.

I'm definitely laid back, yet I'm very in touch with who I am and what I want & need out of life. I'm non-judgmental, sometimes quirky (in a good way), & extremely down-to-earth.

Approachable and easy to trust, I have honed my intuition to the place where I can put my finger on the pulse of an issue almost immediately.

Passionately curious, I seek to bring out the best in others. I am genuinely kind. And I listen. Really intently.

I'm positive, upbeat, and entirely enthusiastic about life...to the point I've maintained and revel in a childlike sense of wonder.

Honest, compassionate, reliable. These are a few other words that describe me. My closest friends say I'm energetic & balanced.

A serial entrepreneur, I enjoy working for myself and travel regularly.

World domination plan: cultivating an empathic civilization as a devotee to human liberation in every incarnation. I'll definitely need some help with this one - are you game?

I also especially groove on creative problem solving. I think the latter would certainly qualify.

I'm half Irish and maintain dual citizenship. Desiring feverishly to live in Europe part of the year.

I have a 11-year old daughter who is the apple of my eye and has aspirations of being a screenwriter. She's also a cat whisperer.

The sound of the ocean relaxes me. I grew up in New England (Brunswick, ME) within a mile of the Atlantic and I have a natural affinity for all things nautical. Adept at hoisting the mainsail or paddling a kayak. Finding myself landlocked, I'm an avid hiker, and revel in forest encounters.

In a nutshell: I am curious, compassionate, considerate, and open.

PHILOSOPHY

I love to connect with people and help them plug-in to their own lives in a deeper, more meaningful way. By being present, in the moment and then connected to what they truly want and then translating & integrating that into their entire life, particularly in relationship with others. Coaching is a powerful vehicle to do this because I can hold people in all their true brilliance. You are naturally creative, resourceful & whole. You are complete. All the answers, everything you need is within you - my joy is to hold your hand, shine a light and coax that out. I couldn't imagine living life any other way!
