Overview
About Me
Based in Philadelphia, I am a girl who loves to travel and see the world! I have been to all but 11 states and have traveled to 6 countries overseas in the last 5 years. I love experiencing new things, making strangers friends, and learning along the way. I have couchsurfed across the Midwest and met some of the most amazing people through this site! My hope is that one day, when I have a space that is more covieniet than the one I have now, I will be able to host Couchsurfers from all over the world. Spreading the love and sharing life with all the people.
I love horses, I am a classically trained pianist, and I love love love reading a good book. I like tea over coffee (those caffeine jitters are no joke!), and you can always find be behind the camera, I work part time as a caregiver and the rest of my time is ether devoted to my photography business or to sketching for my fiancés books!
I am engaged to my man, Nathan, and we are going to be married on June 1st of this year. We both are looking forward to being able to travel together and are excited about the people we will meet along the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have wanderlust in my soul and adventure in my heart. I want to see as much of the world as I can in the short time I have here on earth. I also want to make sure that I am experiencing as many people and cultures as I can. I believe that we are shaped by our experiences and it is important to seek them out.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am an avid movie lover but my passion really is TV shows. I can binge watch episodes like no one you’ve ever met! Some of my favorites include Psych, Parks and Rec, Travelers, and of course, The Office.
Books also take up much of my spare time. Currently, I am working through the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson. He is a genius and I believe his may be the best book series I have eve had the privilege of reading. Seriously, look him up!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My favorite night of my life was spent far way from any sort of civilization. It was spent deep in the Sahara desert surrounded by native Tunisians, camels, and tents we pitched and fie we made ourselves. I danced around the fire that night, under the vast desert sky, full with twinkling stars. The men, who barely spoke my language, beat drums and sang. It was a night unlike any other and I will never forget that freedom.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to sit with a cup of tea and swap travel stories! Tips and tricks of traveling cheaply and effectively is my favorite topic to talk about and I would be happy to do so with you.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have worked as a house keeper and can offer any sort of cleaning services.
I am good at keeping a conversation going and am happy to provide company and interesting subjects of conversation.
I am also a fantastic cook :) I would be more than happy to cook a meal for us to enjoy together!
