我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I’ve heard a lot about couchsurfing but never really thought of doing it myself - mostly due to my predisposition and knowing not everyone would be accepting of me. However, after Hosteling for half a year now, I’m sure I’ll meet equally amazing people through couchsurfing too.

I love meeting new people and thoroughly am curious about the different perspective of life that people lead. There’s so much to learn from strangers (who might potentially become your best buds) so it would be a real shame if everyone in the world just stuck in their own social circles, wouldn’t it 🥲

I love learning languages - know a few but can’t say I’m entirely fluent, unfortunately.

Also started my journey of achieving mindfulness through teachings and meditation, and would be happy to continue this journey with others!

I’m no trans activist by any means but I still have a lived experience that I would happily share if you’re interested in knowing about the process.

I can cook a mean-ish carbonara and I’m pretty good with frying eggs.

I am neat and love to tidy up (in general). I’m that weird friend that vacuums your floors without being asked.

Happy to chip in on groceries/meals/treats/gas if needed.
