I’m Cec, solo female traveller from Australia. I’ve been travelling for about 6 months now through Europe, UK, Turkey and Indonesia. I was a nurse for 4 years back in Tasmania where I was born and raised on the family farm.
I have given myself a year off to travel and experience life to its fullest. I love having new experiences, meeting new people and seeing what happens next. I have no real plan, just going off intuition and what feels like the next right thing to do.
I have been doing some house and pet sitting as I travel around which has been an amazing experience and privilege to care for people’s homes and animals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I want to meet new people and be more social. I have been solo travelling for 6 months and have mostly been on my own so I’m excited to have some more social interactions and share my experiences, and of course, I always need a place to stay.
