HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Some of the most important changes in my life have come from meeting new people and getting perspectives on life that I did not have before. I believe that this is what makes life worth living and I want to give everybody the opportunity to experience it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have enjoyed staying on peoples couches many times. The last couch that made an impression on me was in Fairbanks, Alaska. I stayed with a couple in their one room cabin, helping them built a greenhouse, next to their sauna, listening to local bands' music, drinking an Alaskan Amber and discussing integration of native people in Alaska compared to immigrant's integration in Europe.

That is too big a request but the last artists I listened to was Patrick Watson, Radiohead, Sigur Ros and Paper Scissors.
The latest movie I saw was "Home".
The latest book I read was about how to be "bear aware" and survive a bear attack. Luckily it did not end with a practical experience.
