ABOUT ME

Who am I? I am an easy going girl in her late twenties who got the bug for travelling fairly late in life. I have lived in 3 different countries and I currently work as an English teacher in the beautiful city of Paris. My job allows me to indulge my greatest passion which is meeting people from all walks of life and travelling allows me to take this further.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm here to experience travel beyond the typical package holiday and allow others to experience the same. As a student living in London some years ago, I hosted a number of couch surfers. I enjoyed the experience wholeheartedly and now that I'm a little bit older (and hopefully wiser), I would like to take the plunge and start couch surfing myself to see more of the world.

兴趣

As a teacher, I don't get a lot of downtime but when I do, relaxing with friends over dinner is my favourite thing to do. In addition to that, I enjoy visiting museums and living in Paris means I get to do that a lot. Although I'm no expert, I like outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling especially if there's a picnic involved! When I'm inclined and money permits, I can sometimes be found horse riding, which is something I used to love but which I don't do very often due to the fact I live in an expensive city.

I like watching films, especially films of the indie/art house variety. I'm pretty easy going when it comes to music and don't have a particular genre that appeals more than another. I'm not a big reader but any books I can be found reading tend to be theology books.
